Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to build technical relationships with customers. Your experience includes delivering solution presentations and conducting technical evaluations, showcasing your ability to articulate product value effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and marketing teams. Your familiarity with common sales applications, such as Salesforce and Confluence, allows you to navigate the technical sales landscape efficiently. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for the technical elements of the sales process. You will engage with customers to understand their requirements and position our cybersecurity solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve delivering compelling solution presentations and demonstrations, as well as assisting in the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans.
You will also develop and maintain technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize the value of our products. Additionally, you will represent BeyondTrust at trade shows and seminars, showcasing our innovative solutions to potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include responding to Requests for Proposals/Information and collaborating with partners to enhance our offerings. You will continue to develop your knowledge of BeyondTrust products and the cybersecurity industry, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.
