What you'll do

As an Inside Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and support. You will assist with marketing campaigns, including webinars and product demonstrations, to showcase BeyondTrust's offerings. Your responsibilities will include validating technical environments and understanding business problems to support lead qualification. You will contribute to RFP/RFI responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions that highlight the capabilities of BeyondTrust's solutions. Engaging in discovery and opportunity engagement, you will conduct background research and ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs better. You will articulate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions, demonstrating how they address customer challenges and deliver on the value proposition. Additionally, you will assist in developing written proposals that complement financial proposals for prospects, playing a key role in the overall sales strategy.
