Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations, particularly in Lead-to-Cash processes, with a focus on Salesforce enhancements. Your experience allows you to partner effectively with business leaders to identify challenges and desired outcomes, translating these into actionable enhancement requests. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build clear business justifications that highlight expected benefits and success metrics. Your ability to work collaboratively across departments such as Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success is key to your success in this role.

You are detail-oriented and have a knack for understanding complex business needs, which allows you to prioritize changes effectively within a structured governance model. Your analytical mindset helps you to refine problem statements and ensure that enhancements align with the overall business strategy. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with various business areas to support and continuously improve the Salesforce-enabled Lead-to-Cash processes. You will engage with business leaders to understand current-state challenges and desired outcomes, translating these into clear problem statements and well-defined enhancement requests. Your responsibilities will include building and refining business justifications, ensuring that enhancements are prioritized and delivered through a structured governance model.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the enhancements meet the needs of all stakeholders. This includes working with Revenue Operations, Finance, Quote to Order, Order to Cash, and Customer Success teams. Your role will require you to analyze the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously seek opportunities for improvement. You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiencies and enhancing the customer experience through effective Lead-to-Cash processes.
