Who you are
You have a proven track record in partner management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industries. You understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, including sales teams and partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving sales goals through strategic partner engagement. You are adaptable and open to continual learning, embracing the flexibility that comes with a remote work culture.
Desirable
Experience in the Eastern Region market is a plus, as is familiarity with VARs, VADs, and technology alliances. You may have a background in sales or business development, which enhances your ability to coach sales teams on partner engagement strategies. A passion for cybersecurity and understanding of identity security solutions will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Partner Manager at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for executing the partner ecosystem strategy to achieve sales goals in the Eastern Region. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, facilitating peer-to-peer discussions between partners and BeyondTrust Account Executives. Your role will involve driving partner-originated opportunities and measuring progress towards quarterly goals. You will coach the sales team on how to effectively engage with ecosystem partners, ensuring they are equipped to connect sellers with partners at both the account and opportunity levels. Regular check-ins and business reviews will be part of your routine to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities. You will also help identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance business growth.
