Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in technical sales and customer engagement, with at least 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering role. Your deep technical expertise allows you to navigate complex technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions to customers. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are adept at mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

You are comfortable using common Sales & Marketing applications such as Salesforce and Confluence, and you have experience in delivering solution presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers. Your ability to develop technical relationships with existing customers is key to your success, as you conduct Quarterly Technical Reviews and assist in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical elements of the sales process, ensuring customer success by leveraging your extensive product knowledge. You will deliver solution presentations and recommendations to prospects, showcasing how BeyondTrust's cybersecurity SaaS portfolio can meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include documenting customer technical requirements and building Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the value of our solutions.

You will represent BeyondTrust at trade shows, seminars, and other company events, engaging with potential customers and partners to promote our offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in establishing best practices for both internal teams and customers, ensuring a seamless integration of our solutions into their operations.
