Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in a pre-sales role. You possess strong technical knowledge and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to customers. Your experience includes developing technical relationships and conducting presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and marketing teams. Your ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions is a key strength. You are proactive in your approach to learning and continuously seek to enhance your knowledge of both the products and the cybersecurity industry.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for delivering solution presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers. You will develop technical relationships with existing customers through regular reviews and assist in responding to Requests for Proposals and Information. Your role will also involve representing BeyondTrust at trade shows and seminars, showcasing our innovative cybersecurity solutions.
You will support technical evaluations of our products, including the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans, ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs. Your contributions will help shape the customer experience and drive the success of our sales initiatives.
