Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer. You possess strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your background in cybersecurity or SaaS solutions is a plus, as you understand the importance of creating a safer world through technology.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building technical relationships with customers. Your experience with common Sales & Marketing applications, such as Salesforce and Confluence, allows you to effectively manage customer interactions and technical evaluations. You are eager to continue developing your product and industry knowledge to better serve clients.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will be responsible for delivering solution presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements and position our products to meet their needs effectively. Your role will involve developing technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews and assisting in responses to Requests for Proposals/Information.

You will represent BeyondTrust at trade shows, seminars, and other company events, showcasing our cybersecurity solutions. Additionally, you will support technical evaluations of our products, including the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans. Your contributions will help ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience with our solutions.
