What you'll do

As the Operations Manager at Bigblue, you will own the end-to-end warehouse operations in Spain, a critical market for the company. Your responsibilities will include managing performance metrics, controlling costs, and ensuring capacity aligns with operational demands. You will work closely with teams on the warehouse floor, directly engaging with staff to drive improvements and resolve issues as they arise.

You will play a key role in scaling operations to meet the growing demands of e-commerce, particularly as Bigblue expands its network across Europe. Your hands-on approach will be vital in maintaining high standards of execution quality and customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
