BigCommerce is hiring a Senior Channel Account Manager for Agency Partnerships to manage key Digital Agency relationships and drive partner investment. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in the London office.

Who you are
You have a strong background in managing channel partnerships, ideally within the e-commerce or technology sectors. With 5+ years of experience in account management or business development, you understand the nuances of building and maintaining relationships with digital agencies and system integrators. Your ability to drive partner investment and practice development is complemented by your strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with various stakeholders, from agency partners to internal teams. You are results-oriented and thrive in environments where you can influence sales activation and customer success. Your experience in onboarding and activating partners will be crucial in this role, as you will oversee the pipeline and go-to-market activities that drive new customer acquisition.
What you'll do
As the Senior Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with Digital Agencies and System Integrators across the EMEA region. You will drive partner investment and practice development, ensuring that our agency partners are equipped to succeed with BigCommerce's platform. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will oversee partner onboarding and activation efforts, aligning strategies to maximize joint customer acquisition.
You will play a pivotal role in sales activation, working to ensure that our partners are effectively leveraging our platform to meet their clients' needs. This includes providing training, resources, and support to help them succeed in their engagements with clients. You will also monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to partners to help them improve their practices and drive better results.
In addition to managing existing relationships, you will actively seek out new partnership opportunities within the agency landscape. Your ability to identify potential partners and articulate the value of BigCommerce's offerings will be key to expanding our reach and impact in the market. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions to align partner initiatives with overall business goals.
