Who you are
You have a proven track record in demand generation marketing, ideally with 3+ years of experience in executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform your strategies and optimize campaign performance. You are adept at understanding the buyer's journey and can craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Desirable
Experience with e-commerce platforms or SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like HubSpot or Marketo. You have a knack for creative problem-solving and are always looking for innovative ways to engage customers. A background in digital marketing analytics, including proficiency in SQL, will set you apart as a candidate who can derive actionable insights from data.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the campaign execution plan for merchant acquisition and engagement across BigCommerce's product lines. You will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle, from initial awareness to retention. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and refining strategies based on data insights. You will collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and objectives, and you will be responsible for reporting on campaign results to stakeholders.
