BigID is seeking a MENA Regional Partner Director to lead and scale go-to-market execution in the MENA region. This role requires strong strategic and execution skills in partner sales leadership.

Who you are
You are an experienced Partner Sales Leader with a proven track record in driving go-to-market strategies and executing plans that engage key partners. With a strong understanding of the MENA region, you thrive in high-impact roles where strategy meets execution. You possess excellent communication skills and can build relationships with VAR and VAD partners effectively. Your hands-on approach allows you to engage actively with partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
You have a deep understanding of data security, compliance, privacy, and AI data management, which enables you to articulate the value of BigID's innovative solutions to partners. You are passionate about technology and have a keen interest in how it can drive business innovation and customer trust. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and inclusion, creating an environment where diverse voices are heard and valued.
Desirable
Experience in the tech startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex partner ecosystems and can adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of different partners. A background in sales or business development within the technology sector will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution of BigID's go-to-market strategy in the MENA region, focusing on building and scaling partnerships that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify key partners and develop strategies that align with their business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with partners, providing them with the necessary resources and support to succeed, and ensuring that they are well-informed about BigID's offerings.
You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing partnership performance, using data to inform decisions and optimize strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial in driving successful outcomes. You will represent BigID at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and building relationships with potential partners.
