Who you are
You are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in partner management and channel strategy execution. You have experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing key channel partners, and you understand the importance of building strong relationships to drive business success. You are assertive and execution-focused, with the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to act as a conduit between Elastic and partner sales teams. You are knowledgeable about the Elastic Search AI Platform and can serve as a subject matter expert for everything related to Elastic. Your ability to drive campaigns with partners and support their growth is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, recruit, enable, and manage key channel partners across the Middle East and North Africa. You will support Elastic's efforts to build and maintain an elite ecosystem of partners that align with the company's long-term goals. Your responsibilities will include driving partner-sourced, influenced, and fulfilled revenue, ensuring that partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
You will collaborate closely with partner organizations to execute channel strategies and campaigns, fostering a strong partnership that benefits both Elastic and its partners. Your focus will be on establishing a best-in-class channel ecosystem that drives mutual growth and success.
