What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at BigID, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how BigID’s platform can address their challenges. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Your role will involve presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties understand the value of the solutions being proposed. You will also participate in the development of best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solutions Engineering team.
