You have a proven track record in solution engineering and pre-sales, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a technical environment. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you thrive in guiding teams to success while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. You understand the intricacies of DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps practices, and you are passionate about helping customers innovate and scale their software delivery processes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. You are results-driven and constantly seek ways to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience in managing pre-sales teams within the software industry is a plus. Familiarity with JFrog solutions or similar DevOps tools will help you hit the ground running. A background in software development or engineering will enhance your ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
What you'll do
As the Senior Manager of Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, you will lead a team focused on pre-sales activities, working closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them in adopting JFrog solutions. You will develop and implement strategies to grow existing SMB and Mid-Market accounts, ensuring that your team meets both high-touch and low-touch engagement models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer requirements and drive successful outcomes. Your role will involve mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for tracking team performance metrics and identifying areas for growth and development.
