Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager, where you've successfully onboarded clients and driven their success through technical expertise. Your background includes experience with tracking implementation methods such as Shopify and WordPress, which allows you to understand the technical needs of various platforms. You possess strong customer service skills and have demonstrated the ability to build effective relationships with clients, ensuring their goals are met through your technical recommendations.
You are proficient in SQL, Google Analytics, and have experience working with APIs and Mobile SDKs. Your analytical mindset enables you to troubleshoot complex database and backend technology issues effectively. You are a fast learner, able to adapt to the changing needs of the platform, and you thrive in environments that require continuous learning and adaptability.
Your communication and presentation skills are excellent, allowing you to translate technical investigations and analyses into actionable insights for clients. You understand the importance of effective questioning and objection handling in driving client success, and you are skilled in competitive selling techniques.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Taboola, you will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new advertisers and monitor their delivery and performance on the platform. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues that arise and providing in-depth technical recommendations and best practices to optimize advertiser performance. Your role will involve troubleshooting complex database and backend technology issues, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
You will collaborate with various teams to drive success for Taboola's worldwide advertisers, leveraging your technical skills to provide solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to understand the technical aspects of clients' goals will be crucial in developing strategies that enhance their advertising performance.
