You have a strong background in data security, compliance, and privacy solutions — you understand the complexities of data management and can effectively communicate these concepts to clients. Your experience in presales engineering or a similar role has equipped you with the skills to influence customer decisions and drive business innovation. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.
You are comfortable working independently and can exercise judgment with little oversight — your proactive approach allows you to identify opportunities and challenges early on. What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at BigID, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how BigID’s platform can address their data security and compliance challenges. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring a seamless integration of our technology into their existing systems.
You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the capabilities of our platform to stakeholders. Your role will involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
