You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to deliver clinical information effectively to both external clients and internal teams — you understand the importance of clear messaging in the healthcare industry, especially when it comes to life-changing diagnostics. Your passion for innovation in healthcare drives you to stay informed about the latest advancements in prenatal and cancer diagnostics.

What you'll do
As the Regional Manager - Prenatal, LA North, you will build, develop, and lead a high-impact team of sales representatives — your primary focus will be to promote the first and only single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen to OBGYN clinics, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and private OBGYN practices throughout the LA North area. You will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies that align with the company's mission to transform healthcare through innovative diagnostics.
You will deliver clinical information to both external clients and internal teams, ensuring that everyone is well-informed about the products and their benefits — your role will involve training your sales team on the latest advancements in prenatal diagnostics and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in the field. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall company vision.
Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team — you will encourage open communication and idea-sharing, allowing your team to thrive and contribute to the company's mission.
