What you'll do

As an AR Analyst at Billups, you will compute, classify, record, and verify financial data to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. You will prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial records. Your responsibilities will include daily processing of cash deposits and maintaining customer and vendor data, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded. You will also match invoices and receiving documents to purchase orders, assist in weekly payments and check disbursements, and support the month-end and year-end close processes. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and internal business partners will be essential to your success in this role.
