Who you are

You have 4-6 years of relevant analytics experience, focusing on problem-solving and advanced analytics solutions. Your background includes a strong understanding of business processes, allowing you to map them into visual formats effectively. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which enable you to translate business problems into analytical structures and solve them using statistical and machine learning techniques. Proficiency in MS SQL Database is essential, and while Python knowledge is a good to have, your ability to manage a team of data analysts is crucial for delivering solutions to clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business context and collaborate with a team of data scientists and engineers to embed AI and analytics into business decision processes. You will manage a team of data analysts, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing algorithms and models to solve business problems, providing end-to-end analysis support across different industry domains, and generating data outputs according to agreed specifications. You will also be involved in client interactions, which will add value to your role as you storyboard and present analytical findings.
