You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the financial or technology sectors, and you thrive in high-pressure environments. Your experience includes managing relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. You are comfortable working remotely and are willing to travel to meet clients at bespoke events across the region.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are adept at building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback allows you to adapt strategies that meet the evolving demands of the industry.
What you'll do
As an Institutional Sales Manager at Binance, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that target VIP clients and institutions across the APAC/SEA region. You will work closely with the Binance VIP & Institutional Team to identify potential clients and create tailored proposals that highlight Binance's unique offerings in the digital asset space. Your role will involve engaging with high-frequency trading firms, hedge funds, and asset managers to understand their trading needs and provide them with exceptional service.
You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, leveraging Binance's extensive resources and expertise. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, attending industry events to network and promote Binance's services, and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing Binance's reputation as a leader in the cryptocurrency exchange market.
