Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the financial or cryptocurrency sectors — you understand the nuances of institutional sales and have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. You thrive in high-pressure environments and are comfortable navigating complex market dynamics, especially in the rapidly evolving world of digital assets.

Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate the value of Binance's offerings to a diverse range of clients, from high-frequency trading firms to investment banks. You are adept at understanding client needs and tailoring solutions that meet their specific requirements, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.

You are a self-starter who is motivated by results and driven to exceed sales targets. You enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create compelling value propositions that resonate with institutional clients.

Desirable

Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with trading platforms and financial products. A network of contacts within the financial services sector can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As an Institutional Sales Manager at Binance, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain institutional clients in the LATAM region. You will engage with a variety of market participants, including hedge funds, asset managers, and proprietary trading firms, to understand their needs and present Binance's suite of digital asset solutions.

You will work closely with the Binance VIP & Institutional Team to provide tailored services that meet the unique demands of sophisticated trading users. This includes organizing and attending bespoke events to connect with clients and showcase Binance's offerings. Your role will involve regular travel to meet clients and build relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements, helping Binance maintain its competitive edge in the market. Your ability to analyze market trends and client needs will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
