What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a Talent Partner for Binance's technical and product teams globally. You will lead hiring projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates while maintaining a strong talent pipeline. You will analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective. You will also be involved in building relationships with hiring managers, advising them on best practices for interviewing and selecting candidates. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the overall growth and development of the talent acquisition function at Binance.
