What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your goal is to ensure that Binance attracts and retains the best talent while maintaining a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives to promote Binance as an employer of choice in the blockchain space.
