What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for Skello, focusing on sourcing and attracting top tech talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit, ensuring that only the best candidates progress through the hiring process. You will also be responsible for managing the candidate experience, providing timely feedback and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment journey. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall hiring process.
