Desirable

Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plus, as it will help you better understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various corporate functions at Binance. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

You will also play a key role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that Binance is well-positioned to meet its hiring needs as it continues to grow. You will advise business partners on best practices for recruitment and retention, helping them to create a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
