What you'll do

As the Mechanic Lead at Bird, you will oversee and execute advanced repair and diagnostic tasks to ensure the fleet's optimal maintenance and functionality. You will lead and coordinate extensive vehicle repairs, including the disassembly and refurbishment of Bird vehicles. Your role will involve managing material movement within the warehouse efficiently and accurately, ensuring that scooters and inventory are organized. You will champion a culture of safety in the workplace, addressing and investigating safety incidents as they arise. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in the service center.
