What you'll do

As an Operations Partner, you will manage the end-to-end operation of Bird's e-scooter fleet in Denver. This includes overseeing the charging, deploying, relocating, and retrieving of vehicles to meet the transportation needs of the community. You will work closely with the local City Operations Manager to ensure that the fleet is well-maintained and available for riders at all times. Your role will involve using mobile technology to monitor the fleet's status and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.

You will be responsible for problem-solving and prioritizing tasks as obstacles arise, ensuring that the fleet operates efficiently. Your resourcefulness will be key in overcoming challenges and maintaining a high standard of service. You will also engage with the community to understand their needs and ensure that Bird's services align with local transportation goals.
