What you'll do
As an Operations Coordinator at Casa, you will play a crucial role in the shipping and logistics process. You will assist in managing the end-to-end shipping of onboarding packages, ensuring that they are dispatched in a timely manner and that customers are delighted with their experience. You will track packages and update statuses in internal tools, communicating with the Client Services team to inform clients of any delays. Additionally, you will support the Operations team with inventory management, helping to maintain an organized and efficient workflow. Your role will involve collaborating closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the business.
