What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the APAC Staking team, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's operations and ensuring that they meet their goals — you will manage the end-to-end process of building staking support for new blockchains, ensuring that the solutions are robust and scalable. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define the technical vision and product roadmap, aligning your team's efforts with the company's strategic objectives.

You will provide hands-on support to your team, engaging in coding and technical discussions to maintain a strong understanding of the projects — your involvement will help you identify potential challenges early and guide your team in overcoming them. You will also be responsible for quality assurance, ensuring that the team's deliverables meet the highest standards before they are released to clients.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play a key role in hiring and developing talent within your team — you will conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also be responsible for performance management, conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their progress and career aspirations.
