What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Staking Platform Team, you will lead a group responsible for building secure and reliable staking services. You will oversee the development of core APIs that abstract blockchain complexity, enabling both institutional and retail partners to earn yield on their crypto assets. Your role will involve setting technical direction, ensuring high performance, and maintaining the security of the staking infrastructure.
You will work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, implementing best practices, and driving the team's technical roadmap. You will also be involved in hiring and developing talent, ensuring that your team has the skills and resources needed to succeed.
