What you'll do

As an Operations Associate at Careem, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational performance of the Shops team. You will assist in monitoring key operational metrics such as order fulfillment rates, stock availability, and merchant response times to ensure a smooth experience for customers. Your insights will help identify areas for improvement, enabling the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will work closely with partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and support to succeed in the marketplace. Your role will involve analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and partner satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices that contribute to the success of the Shops initiative.
