Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly in software or institutional sales, with a focus on financial services, crypto, blockchain, or fintech. Your familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts allows you to engage effectively with clients in these sectors. You have a proven track record of closing complex deals and building strong relationships with prospects and customers. Your experience in the cybersecurity space is a plus, as it complements your understanding of the digital asset landscape. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Engineers and Business Development teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. You are committed to diversity and inclusion, recognizing the value of a workforce that reflects the diversity of clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets, which will require strategic prospecting and territory planning. You will collaborate with the Fireblocks Business Development Representative and Go-To-Market teams to generate and qualify leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. Building and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized enterprise accounts across the Crypto Native, Web3, and TradFi sectors will be key to your success. You will keep the Fireblocks CRM updated with accurate account and pipeline information, allowing for effective tracking of your progress and performance. Your role will involve conducting thorough account planning to identify new opportunities and drive growth for Fireblocks in the market.
