What you'll do
As the Sales Director at Lendbuzz, you will own the state and lead your team of Market Development Managers in executing sales strategies that drive growth. You will be responsible for overseeing statewide dealer growth, performance, and profitability, ensuring that your team meets and exceeds their sales targets. Your role will involve coaching and developing your field team, guiding them through territory expansion, and building strong relationships with dealers to enhance market presence.
