Your background includes overseeing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, ensuring that both retail and corporate clients are onboarded efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of quality assurance practices within KYC workflows.

You possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to drive continuous improvement in processes and compliance practices. You are adept at managing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance the onboarding experience for clients.

What you'll do

As the Head of Onboarding at Bitvavo, you will oversee all aspects of the KYC process for both retail and corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include managing identity verification processes using third-party tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and conducting adverse media and sanctions screening. You will also direct corporate onboarding and annual reviews, ensuring comprehensive assessments and compliant onboarding files.

You will lead quality assurance programs across all KYC workflows, regularly assessing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Your strategic leadership will drive the continuous improvement of onboarding practices, ensuring that Bitvavo maintains its position as a market leader in the digital assets space.
