What you'll do

As the Head of Exchange Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the Bitvavo exchange. You will oversee the Market Operations and Exchange Monitoring teams, ensuring that the trading infrastructure remains stable and efficient. Your role will involve strategic planning, team development, and process improvement to enhance operational performance.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in operations management. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the operations department.
