What you'll do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Bitvavo, you will be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective — you will work closely with the People Team to execute the Employer Branding Strategy and enhance the overall Employee Experience. Your role will involve engaging with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
You will take the lead in attracting tech talent, utilizing your knowledge of the industry to implement innovative recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also contribute to building a strong employer brand that resonates with potential hires.
