What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager of the Payment Squad, you will lead a team of about 10 engineers to design, implement, and monitor payment services for BlaBlaCar. Your role will involve overseeing the entire payment lifecycle, including purchases, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and experts from various departments to build a reliable payment platform that meets the needs of BlaBlaCar's global user base. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and driving technical excellence within the squad.

You will also be responsible for setting clear goals and objectives for your team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will help your team adapt to changing requirements and enhance the overall user experience.
