What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager of the Booking Squad, you will lead a talented team of approximately 10 engineers, guiding them in building a scalable and reliable booking experience for users. You will work closely with a dedicated Product Manager and Product Designer to define the vision and execute the roadmap for the booking platform. Your role will involve setting clear goals for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and driving significant impact across the organization.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, implementing best practices in software development, and ensuring high standards of code quality. You will also play a key role in hiring and developing talent, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career growth for your team members.
