You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and performance measurement. Your experience includes A/B testing and optimizing marketing campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Customer Insights. Your ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner sets you apart. You are passionate about using data to influence business decisions and drive growth.
What you'll do
As the Senior Growth Marketing Analyst, you will own the performance insights for Afterpay's marketing channels, guiding day-to-day decisions and shaping long-term strategies. You will analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities and measure the success of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics.
