What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Retail Account Managers, focusing on growth and retention efforts across a portfolio of Square's SMB retail merchants. You will ensure that your team delivers consistent, high-quality customer service while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Square's integrated solutions. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer experience and drive strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.
