Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess performance metrics and derive actionable insights that inform future marketing strategies. You are a collaborative leader who fosters relationships across departments, ensuring that marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives. You are passionate about helping sellers grow and succeed in a rapidly evolving commerce landscape.

What you'll do

As the Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping Block's marketing investment strategy. You will evaluate the performance of various marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Go-To-Market teams to ensure that marketing strategies are effectively executed and aligned with business goals.
