What you'll do

As the Manager of Partner Operations, you will be responsible for driving the success of outsourced partnerships that support Lending Operations. You will oversee external partner performance, ensuring that they meet established SLAs and compliance standards. Your role will involve optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Strategy and Compliance, to align operational processes with business objectives. Your ability to implement scalable systems will be crucial in supporting the growth of Block's lending services. You will also monitor partner performance metrics and provide regular updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.
