Flex is seeking a Manager of Partner Network Operations to lead the onboarding and operational efficiency of their partner network. You'll manage a team and collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.

You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within a FinTech or similar industry. Your experience includes leading teams and driving operational efficiency, ensuring that processes are streamlined and effective. You enjoy coaching and developing team members, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. You are adept at solving complex workflow challenges and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all operations. You understand the importance of partnerships in driving business success and are passionate about creating a world-class experience for partners and users alike.
Desirable
Experience in a growth-stage company is a plus, as is familiarity with the FinTech landscape. You may have worked with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and revenue operations, and understand how to align operational goals with business objectives. A background in project management methodologies will help you excel in this role, as will any experience with data analysis tools that can enhance operational insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Partner Network onboarding operations. You will manage a team focused on the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, ensuring that all partners are integrated smoothly into the Flex ecosystem. Your hands-on project leadership will be crucial as you balance team management with operational tasks. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales to ensure that the partner network scales effectively while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement within the onboarding process and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and partner satisfaction.
