Operations Manager

You have a strong background in operations management, particularly in hardware packaging. Your experience includes overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of packaging programs, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Design, Product, Hardware Engineering, and Supply Chain, to drive successful product introductions and sustain existing operations.

You possess excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to identify areas for improvement in packaging processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the hardware packaging operations, focusing on the lifecycle of packaging programs from new product introduction to sustaining work.
