What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Square's Enterprise Food & Beverage ecosystem, focusing on creating integrated solutions that address the complexities of seller operations. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define the product vision and translate it into actionable design strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be involved in defining design standards and best practices to ensure consistency across the product suite.

You will have the opportunity to shape the user experience for a wide range of features, from payment processing to inventory management, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use. Your insights will help drive product decisions and influence the overall direction of the Food & Beverage product line. You will mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team and contributing to the growth of the design practice at Block.
