What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design efforts for Valence's AI coaching platform, focusing on creating seamless and engaging user experiences. You will collaborate with a small, high-velocity team to establish new standards for AI-native product experiences, challenging existing paradigms and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in design. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with AI coaching tools every day.

You will be responsible for conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into design specifications that guide the development process. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of usability and functionality.
