Your analytical skills enable you to connect regulatory expectations with business objectives, influencing strategy across teams. You are adept at harnessing raw data to educate stakeholders on the impact of regulations and policies, ensuring that compliance is at the forefront of business operations.

What you'll do

As a Staff Data Analyst at Block, you will lead the data strategy for regulatory engagements, overseeing the entire process from ETL development to source data validation and analysis. You will connect the dots between regulatory commitments and the Compliance and Product roadmaps, influencing strategic decisions that align with compliance requirements. Your role will involve quantifying compliance risks and driving effectiveness, enabling Block to redefine its relationship with money through data-driven insights.
