Who you are
You have a proven track record in the Financial Crimes and AML space — your experience has equipped you with the skills to develop strategies that deliver actionable analytics to leaders throughout the organization. You understand the importance of quantifying compliance risks and driving effectiveness, enabling your team to redefine the world's relationship with money.
Your expertise in data analysis and ETL development allows you to connect the dots between regulatory expectations and the Compliance and Product roadmaps — you influence strategy through your insights and analytical skills. You are adept at harnessing raw data to educate internal and external partners on the impact of new regulations, policies, or environmental changes.
What you'll do
As a Staff Data Analyst, you will lead data strategy for regulatory engagements, overseeing everything from ETL development to source data validation and analysis. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that compliance analytics are at the forefront of decision-making processes. Your role will involve connecting regulatory expectations with the Compliance and Product roadmaps, influencing strategy and ensuring alignment across the organization.
You will be responsible for developing key workstreams that deliver actionable insights to leaders, helping them understand the compliance landscape and the associated risks. Your analytical skills will be crucial in quantifying compliance risks and driving effectiveness within the organization. You will also play a key role in educating internal and external partners about the impact of new regulations and policies, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.
