You have a strong background in human resources or people operations, ideally with experience in a consultative role. You are dynamic and hands-on, ready to partner with various teams to drive business success. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to build relationships across all levels of the organization. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges as they arise. You are passionate about employee development and understand the significance of creating a culture that supports growth and productivity.
Desirable
Experience in a technology company or a fast-growing organization would be a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in HR practices is also desirable, as is a proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee needs.
What you'll do
As a People Partner II at Box, you will play a crucial role in the People Team, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. You will partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support. Your responsibilities will include implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement, and ensuring that employees have the resources they need to thrive. You will also be involved in performance management processes, helping to guide managers in providing constructive feedback and supporting employee development. Additionally, you will analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that Box remains a competitive employer in the market.
