You have a strong background in people operations, ideally with experience in creating positive employee experiences and driving people and culture initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with employees at all levels. What you'll do
As a People Partner II at Box, you will partner with site and functional leaders to align business strategies with people initiatives.
